Jonathan Roberts

Founder

With over 15 years’ experience in the South West London property market, Jonathan has sold more than £250 million worth of homes, let hundreds of properties, and worked with some of the world’s leading developers. Starting as a Sales Negotiator, he rose to director level through exceptional communication skills and consistent results across both sales and lettings.

He founded Lugus Homes to provide sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants with a transparent, results-driven service, backed by deep market insight and a personal, responsive approach. Known for acting quickly and delivering on his promises, Jonathan ensures every client receives expert guidance and outstanding support from instruction to completion.

Cristina Rodriguez

Finance Director

Cristina oversees all financial operations at Lugus Homes, specialising in accounts payable and ensuring timely rental payments to landlords. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, she manages the financial flow that keeps both clients and landlords confident and satisfied. Her deep knowledge of property finance and commitment to exceptional service make her an invaluable part of the team.

Michael Roberts

Commercial Property Consultant

​Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in identifying and delivering high-value opportunities across commercial and residential property. He specialises in advising owners of sites with strong potential for transformation — from self-storage and roadside developments to mixed-use schemes combining retail or foodstores with residential space above.

Having worked with major operators including Aldi and Lidl, Michael has the expertise to determine the most profitable scheme for each site. He is currently focused on older commercial buildings impacted by the UK’s tightening EPC regulations, which will require minimum ratings of C by 2027 and B by 2030. This change creates a unique opportunity for acquiring underperforming assets off-market, with scope for conversion to residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
